Most blending shears leave hard lines in the hair, which is why we created the InvisiBlend Shear. Due to the innovative blade and teeth design, this shear allows you to create perfectly blended, natural-looking texture in all hair types. Hair glides smoothly along the over-polished solid blade while the sharp convex teeth cut the hair, removing bulk without leaving any holes or visible lines. The weight removal is so delicate that you can confidently blend fine hair and even detail fringe without removing too much hair. This perfectly crafted blending shear is great for point cutting and slide cutting with zero drag or pull. Hair glides effortlessly across the over-polished straight blade while 23 razor-sharp teeth slice through each hair strand from short to long, removing bulk and creating natural movement. The InvisiBlend Shear is made from an alloy of Molybdenum, Cobalt and Vanadium, which in Japan is called either VG10 or ATS314. We utilize our high-tech cryogenic tempering process, further extending its edge life. This process is what makes our shears incredibly sharp, yet resilient to wear and tear. The molybdenum alloy keeps the cobalt from becoming too brittle and the vanadium increases the wear resistance. SHARP CONVEX TEETH 23 razor-sharp teeth featuring convex edges allow you to cut and slide out in any direction with absolutely zero drag or pull. The teeth do all of the cutting, eliminating any hard lines in the hair. SMOOTH CUTTING ACTION The pivot is lined with a polymer inlay to eliminate metal-to-metal contact and extend the shear life, while a ball-bearing tension system provides blade stability and longer edge life. DUAL FINGER TANGS Ergonomics are a top priority, so we created a blending shear with dual finger tangs, making it possible to flip or reverse the shear instead of placing your body in an awkward position.
