The primer prepares the skin before coloring the eyebrows. It gently cleanses, nourishes and regenerates the skin without leaving it greasy or sticky. Makes the color on the hair and skin more natural. The consistency is gel-like and the scent is pleasant. Application: Apply to the eyebrows with a cotton pad or cotton swab, do not rinse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Customer Service More a review in this company than the product, I plan to leave an update about the product in a few days....I had tried ordering this and never received the product which may have been a mix up with usps, however, I would like to say how wonderful edge beauty was helping, by resending this order and even fixing an address issue with SalonCentric! They definitely went above and beyond to make my order right! I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and am looking forward to trying the product!
