The Noemi Dye are hybrid colors. Due to the perfect composition of the colors, it finally simplifies the coloring of eyebrows and eyelashes. I am impressed with the results of this eyebrow dye. The product itself is great & easy to use. My only complaint is one of the containers had a tiny hole and was less effective after transferring it to a new sealed container.
