MIX WITH NOEMI DEVELOPER The Noemi Clear is a neutral color corrector. It can be added to any other shade to lighten the colors and it can also be used to enhance the hair and give it extra shine. Application: Mix Clear with Noemi Solution in the same ratio (1:1). For lighter shades, mix the clear with the desired color (Noemi Dye) in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 until a creamy and smooth consistency is achieved. Then add Noemi Solution in the ratio (1:1) and mix it. Apply the mixture obtained. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.
