Turn up the volume and blast it on high (gloss). Top off any lacquer with this protective, plumping top coat that gives a gel-like look without giving in to smudges or streaks.

Apply 1 coat of base coat to bare nails, 2 coats of Nail Lacquer, then finish with 1 coat of Gel Plump Effect Top Coat.

Ethyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Cellulose Acetate Butyrate, Acrylates Copolymer, Trimethyl Pentanyl Diisobutyrate, Tribenzoin, Benzophenone-1, Dimethicone, CI 60725 (Violet 2).
