The Digital Complexion Primer for dry skin is applied after your preferred skin care routine and before make-up application. Shake the tube well before use. Squeeze a small amount out onto a Make-up Blending Plate. If applying to your own face, massage evenly into the skin, with the tips of your fingers, ensuring your hands are clean first. Concentrate on the dry areas of the face. A soft foundation or blending brush can also be used where preferred or working professionally on clients. Avoid applying on areas that produce oil or are soft and supple.
