How To

Use spoolie side to brush hair upward, then use the pencil to fill in sparse brows with soft and feathery strokes. Finish by using the spoolie to distribute color evenly PRO TIP: This pencil also works great if you want a very natural looking eyeliner. Pairs perfectly with Brow Artiste Kit; outline brows with pencil, fill in with powder.
