Our Velvet Mousse Lipstick delivers rich color with a soft matte finish that doesn't dry down all the way. The creamy mousse texture feels so light and airy, you'll forget you're even wearing anything! 

Use the flat paddle applicator to glide color on to the lips, then press lips together to distribute the product. For a softer finish, blend/dab with fingertips or blot with a tissue.
