3. Apply into Gelish Xpress Dip N Brush powder. Tap off excess powder and repeat full coverage.
4. Apply Gelish Dip Activator.
5. Apply Gelish Dip Base Coat.
6. Smooth the surface with a 100/180 Buffer.
7. Apply Dip Activator and wait for 20 seconds. Remove excess Gelish Dip Activator with a Wipe It Off lint-free wipe.
8. Apply two coats of Gelish Dip top Coat. Let nails dry for 5 minutes. Massage Nourish Cuticle Oil.
