1. Lie down in a comfortable position 2. Plug in the cable and ear clips. 3. Add conductive gel and pinch it in between the ear clip. Wear the ear clips on your ear lobes. (make sure you don't have any ear jewellery on). 4. Turn on the device by pressing the middle button once. A long beep will indicate that it's turned on and deliver the current at Level 1. You may increase the level by tapping the middle button again. At level 2 you might feel like you are rocking on a boat. This is a normal sensation and will go away in 5 mins. 5. Wear the Myocalme device until it turns OFF for 30 mins. 6. Recharge until the next day.
