Rated 2 out of 5 by from Returns are NOT easy! I ordered sissors and the length is too long for me. I was told they could be returned and when I asked for details on how to return these I have not gotten any response. Some places send a postage paid label, send instructions on where the return goes and their expectaions on shipping services etc. I have not head back and am not sure how to proceed with the return. I have tried to find information and contact them again. Nothing back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome shears I have used these shears for years. I absolutely love them. The easy switch out blades were always handy for a sharp set , but hardly ever needed. These blades stay sharp for many cuts.
