Rated 1 out of 5 by Irene from If I could give zero stars, I would I had a very disappointing experience with JATAI International. My order was never delivered, and when I contacted them, they claimed they would send a replacement. Unfortunately, that product also never arrived. The issue has remained unresolved despite reaching out. I would not buy from this company again and cannot recommend them based on my experience. I own a small business so for me, I will not order from this company and possibly not order much anymore from Salon Centric but they have not backed me up whatsoever no product delivered no money returned. I just paid for it and nothing to show for it.
