How To
1. Plug the appliance into an appropriate power supply.
2. After use, make sure the dryer is in the Off position before unplugging the appliance.
3. Do not pull the cord to unplug the appliance, grasp the plug firmly to remove it from the
electrical outlet.

nice but didn't last
I started off loving this blow dryer. very lightweight and got the job done. But only lasted 1yr so not worth it. also customer service did not get back with me

Didn't last a year, longer dry time
Today it started making a high pitched chirping sound, then slowly lost power. Almost a year. Had to clean it constantly or it got LOUD. Nearly doubled dry time! Its not very strong or hot. Wont buy again

Great while it lasted
I absolutely loved the weight and power of this dryer when I first purchased, however it did not hold up. For the price I would expect more than 5 months of use from it.

Terrible dryer and customer service
This dryer is dangerously defective - when I switch the dryer off, it doesn’t turn off. It often takes upward of 6 attempts at switching it on and off for it to finally turn off, and now has started to short my breaker. To make matters worse, FHI warranty policy is the worst I’ve seen. If your product is defective and under warranty, you the customer have to pay a $35 processing fee. Make a defective product then make the customer pay for remedying the defect? I will never buy or recommend a FHI product. Back to GHD for me.

I started using the dryer Jan of 2023 then it died May 2024. I loved it when it was working but for the price I will look for another brand to replace it.

This dryer lacked the power that I expected and have come to love from FHI dryers…..I had to return it b/c it wasn’t giving the shine and power that’s necessary to smooth textured hair

Short Life
Purchased and loved the light feel and quietness. First use out of the box and no hot air on any speed. Exchanged for another. Next one was great, until about 8 month later, no hot air at any speed. Unfortunately, the cost is not worth the short life of this dryer.

I live how light weight and how quite it is. But has Power. I love it so much I actually had to get a second 1 so I can have it at home
