2. Application: Apply the mixture evenly to dry hair using a brush. The non-swelling formula allows for precise application, whether working with foils, freehand, or other techniques.
3. Developing Time: Process for up to 50 minutes, checking progress regularly to ensure optimal lift without over-processing.
4. Rinse: Thoroughly rinse hair with water, followed by shampooing to remove all product residue.
For a Color Service:
1. Prepare: Select the appropriate oxidant volume based on your desired color outcome.
2. Mix: In a non-metallic bowl, combine L3VEL3 OXI with your chosen hair color product in the color manufacturers recommended ratio.
3. Apply: Using a brush or bottle, apply the mixture evenly to dry hair.
