Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great multi tool until My button lasted 8 months then popped off. 2 year warranty so I am getting another one. This is a not a good design. I love everything but it sounds like my new one will it not last either. Wish they would fix the button.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lock Button Pops Out After A Few Months I bought two from Cosmoprof when it just came out when salon centric wasn't carrying it yet. After 6 months the lock button on the back popped out, therefore I couldn't use the tools at all. Farouk company will warranty it, but because Cosmoprof has a final sale policy on open appliances(don't usually buy from them), I may still be able to enjoy it until the replacement breaks again. This is a defective product, but it is great when it's working.
