How To

STEP 1 Apply Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel - leave on for 2 minutes and remove with a dry cotton swab STEP 2 Apply Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel - leave to work for 1 minute and remove with a damp cotton pad - done! When tinting eyelashes: To protect against skin staining, it is also recommended to apply the RefectoCil® Silicone Pads or the RefectoCil® Eyelash Pads with the RefectoCil® Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask.
