Application: STEP1 Optionally apply RefectoCil® Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer (Strong or Medium) to the brow area and skin - leave on for 4 minutes and remove with a dry cotton swab - leave to dry for 4 minutes before the next step. STEP 2 Apply Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel - leave on for 2 minutes and remove with a dry cotton swab STEP 3 Then mark the eyebrow shape with the Brow Mapper STEP 4 Apply Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel - leave to work for 1 minute and remove with a damp cotton pad - done! When tinting eyelashes: To protect against skin staining, it is also recommended to apply the RefectoCil® Silicone Pads or the RefectoCil® Eyelash Pads with the RefectoCil® Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask.
