The 2-Pack Blonde Brow contains 2 Blonde Brow Bleaching Paste of 0.5 oz each. Blonde Brow is a bleaching paste that can lighten up eyebrows up to 3 shades. It helps with tinting gray or bristly eyebrows and enables tinting dark brows in lighter tones. Use only with RefectoCil Oxidant Cream.

STEP 1: Preparation Cleanse the eyebrows effectively with the RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. Eyebrows must be clean, oil-free and dry. STEP 2: Mix & Apply Mix 3/4" paste with 20-25 drops of Oxidant 3% cream. Mix at least for 2 minutes until the paste becomes creamy. If it is not creamy enough, add some drops of Oxidant cream. Apply to the eyebrows. STEP 3: Application time 5 minutes: one shade lighter 12 minutes: two shades lighter 20 minutes: three shades lighter STEP 4: Ready! Remove bleaching paste with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. Allergy test: We recommend an allergy test (patch test) before the first application as well as after long periods without tinting. BLONDE BROW BLEACHING PASTE MUST BE USED WITH THE REFECTOCIL OXIDANT CREAM. DO NOT USE ON LASHES.
