K-Wide is for sliding, point + freehand cutting on curly, wavy and straight hair. The special KARG Sliding technology with extra wide blades cuts in an 45° angle that makes your artistry come alive. The K-Wide Royale is for expert crafters. Japanese proprietary molybdenum alloy steel with cryogenic tempering to strengthen the metal. The shear has extra wide blades and a special convex edge finish. Polymer glide at pivot to eliminate metal to metal wear, K-Tension Knob System for perfect tension and balance, sculpted crane offset handle. Delivered in a KARG zipper case and of course lifetime warranty.

I learned from a class with Karg about dry cutting interior layer years ago with these shears and Love the way they push hair when you are cutting softens it all around.
