What It Is

4" x 16" Highlight Strips are perfect for precision application of highlights, frosts, tints and multi-dimensional hair color

What It Does

This size is ideal for longer hair. Replaces foil for highlighting, bleaching, tinting, tipping and frosting. Cuts preparation in half!
