What It Is

10V Cream Developer is formulated for gentle lifting and color deposit. Designed for use with all hair colors and lighteners when directions call for 10 volume developer.

Follow the mixing and processing instructions on the selected hair color or lightener.

Water/Eau (Aqua), Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Phosphoric Acid.

Purchases made in SalonCentric stores may be returned to any SalonCentric store. Purchases made through SalonCentric Customer Service, SalonCentric Business Partners, and SalonCentric.com orders Sold and Shipped by SalonCentric may be returned to a SalonCentric store; however, the return must not exceed $450 and must include the original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. I usually use the pulp riot developer but after attending multiple classes I've learned developer brands don't make a significant difference. My color still processes correctly. My only CON is that the product is very runny. I find that I use less developer with lightener now which may be a pro for some.
