It was easy to and smooth when I applied it to my hair and rinsed really well. It left my hair feeling super soft and smooth. I was very pleased :)

The only issue I felt was that it wasn't that great when using on thick hair. Or hair with texture. On fine to medium thickness hair, it was stellar. For medium thick to thick or anything with texture, it just missed the mark.

I have color-treated hair and it smoothes out my curls and softens my hair, making it easier to comb through my hair and evenly distributing the conditioner throughout my hair. I let it sit in my hair for 5 minutes before rinsing. After rinsing off the conditioner, my hair is left soft and manageable to start the parting processes of my curl routine.

I have used it on all different kinds of hair and it does not weigh the hair down at all. It has a nice smell and I think it is great for damaged hair. I would alternate this line with something else that doesn't have protein because too much protein can cause problems with the hair.
