Rated 1 out of 5 by from bring back old formula! The old formula was fantastic. This new one is terrible. The shampoo leaves me hair feeling like brittle hay/straw. And the conditioner feels like lotion just slipping on my hair. My hair def gets volume but feels absolutely terrible after using.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from If you like a strong perfume type scent, you will I have some pros and cons about this shampoo. I really liked how easily it lathered up and I did notice a bit more volume to my hair. I have very fine thin hair so it made it look like it had more volume. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of it. It's pretty perfumey and kind of reminds me of those magazines that have a sample of perfume that you can rub on your wrist. The smell is pretty strong and stays with you even after blow drying.

They weren't sure about the shampoo until they used the conditioner! I used it myself and it almost felt like a clarifying shampoo in the hair, which is fine by me! Definitely need to use the Pure Volume Conditioner with it! My fine haired clients were so please with this and the conditioner that they purchased it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need some improvement I gotta say i really like this shampoo that fact that it's vegan & free of mineral oil, sulfate & parabens is 1 thing but i love the scent, very light & pleasant, not hit up your nostril scent. (I'm very sensitive) and it lingers in my hair. The pink color is unnecessary in my opinion but it's pretty. My hair feels light & voluminous after drying. But the next morning to afternoon, it looks greasy again. Overall i enjoy it.

However, I'm sure using the same shampoo and conditioner brand enhances the effects. Still though, it's he's for me to find shampoo that leaves my hair silky without it being oily, and adds volume yet controls my frizz.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from give it a try I have really long fine hair. it tends to get greasy and lank quickly at the roots, and can't use much product because it gets weighed down. I've been on the search. After looking at Pureology for a while and for whatever reason not being entirely convinced, I took the plunge and I'm pleased to say this will be a new staple in my bathroom. Not only does it really clean your hair (I can now go 4 days between washes and it doesn't even look greasy instead of barely 1 with any other shampoo), it smells amazing, AND I'm amazed to report even air drying gives you lovely volume and lift. I think it's an amazing product for those with hair like mine. Give it a try!

I've been using this for a week and have noticed it doesn't weigh my hair down at all. It makes my hair smell clean. It also makes my hair feel and look so much healthier. I will continue to purchase this and already have my friends buying it.

My scalp felt clean and my hair felt light after each use. The paired conditioner was great too. It left my hair smooth and easy to detangle.
