How To
Recommended Mixing Ratios:

•Global On-scalp: 1:2 or 1:3, 20-vol Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer
On-Scalp Applications:

Development Time:
•Up to 50 minutes depending on desired result

Love the lift!
I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants smooth coverage with an overall even lift! The lift of this bleach is as good as their product claims, and the speed of the lift is also worth noting. It will lift you past those brassy tones quickly, while also still managing to keep the integrity of hair. Sometimes leaving no need to tone afterwards even! The bonder that's already mixed in with this product seems to have done it's job keeping hair protected leaving very minimal damage. I really love not having to add a separate bonding product into the mixing bowl. The consistency is creamy and I felt it stayed saturated and moist through mixing, application, and processing. A little bit seems to go a long way with this product!

Global lighting
I really enjoyed using this product today. I normally use cream bleach when Touch up this customer. This product worked well and lifted very fast. I would definitely use it again and I would like to try it on a customer that I color and bleach at the same time because it already has the bond builder in it and the oil this way when you rinse the color out it will not bleed on the blonde , the oil will block it a little

How do these products compare to other products you've tried?
I noticed that when I poured the powder bleach in the bowl it did not make a cloud of powder. It was messy at all.

use on scalp
used this on scalp bleach on a client with short previously bleached hair. Now complains of burning or itching of scalp. lifted the hair to a nice very pale blond didn't even need to tone. the developer is very thick it mixed to a nice creamy consistency no smell. Extremely happy no more cream oil bleach for me

Conditioning with Great lift!!
I was really impressed with this lightener! I would say it is very comparable to Redken Flash Lift. However, the biggest difference is that it doesn't dry out like Flash Lift does. It keeps a nice creamy consistency through the whole bowl of color. It lifts really well and doesn't make the hair feel dry or compromised after. I would totally recommend this lightener for anyone that wants the lifting power but still keeps the integrity of the hair. I love that it has an oil developer to ensure it stays moist and gentle.

Very thick
This bleach was much thicker than my usual bleach choice. I could see some stylists preferring this consistency. I did feel like I needed less of this product than my usual go to bleach to complete a service I had done many times. I felt the bleach worked well and matched with previous highlights. I don't believe it took much longer to lift than my usual bleach without bonder. L'Oréal isn't usually my go to brand but I could see myself using this again if I noticed less damage in the long run. It's hard to say after just one use. My client was happy and so was I!

I was given the opportunity to try the professional blond studio 9 bonder inside. And I have to say this by far is my favorite lightener. I've tried a lot of different lighteners and this is a good one. It lifted my brown level 3/4 hair to a pretty blond. I really would recommend this to anyone who hasn't tried it, they will love it.

Best lightener
This is hands down the BEST lightener I have ever used. I used it on my hair hair since I wasn't sure how it was going to react on a clients hair and holy smokes, I think this is my new go to. It lifted so quickly and evenly, with minimal damage. It was thick and didn't have a overpowering scent. I used it in both foil and balayage and great results with both techniques. Extremely impressed

Great lift and stood healthy!
I loved it I have a natural level 3 and it lifted to about 8 or 9. I did a few pieces again two days later to get my desired blonde. No breakage whatsoever and I only used the 20 vol.

I've never used L'Oreal products before but I was pleasantly surprised. I've tried a lot of lighteners with built in bonders and this one is definitely top 3. Consistency was great, I got great lift on black box color hair also. The integrity of the hair after lightening with this was great. I definitely recommend trying it
