Created with true intention behind it, Blond Studio Clay 7 has lift control for a sunkissed effect and stretchy texture for seamless application. It will offer both you and your client a premium French Balayage experience.

How To

• Off scalp: 1:1.5- 1:2 Mixing ratio with 12.5-, 20-, 30- or 40-Volume Majicrème Developer for 30-50 minutes depending on desired result.

• On Scalp: 1:2- 1:3 Mixing ratio with 12.5-, 20- or 30-Volume Majicrème Developer for 30-50 minutes depending on desired result.

It's very similar to other clay lighteners I've used, but my one downfall was that when it was shipped the container itself was broken so I couldn't just put the product in the container from the bag like I normally would. It takes longer to get the product out and for me I need convenience and easy availability. I would definitely use it again, I just wouldn't have it shipped.

My client has very fine hair and we were going for a bronde look. The lift was gentle yet efficient on my client's fine hair. Her hair remained shiny and felt nice after being processed. It lifted pretty quickly with insulation. I did struggle a bit with the consistency, but I think with more time working with this product, I'd figure out the ratio that works best for me.

It was easy to mix where as others are a little harder. I would also say this is a great one for balayage, and since it lightens about 7 levels it is mainly ideal for those wanting to highlight curls. Especially without too much damage to the curl pattern. And it works so well for free handing!

L'Oréal has been around forever and obviously is doing something right, but, I don't think it's this. If you needed something last minute, then this would would work fine. I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase.

I do know through research and speaking with other professionals that they are supposed to be fantastic for the balayage technique.

For me I find clay additives a bit more convenient than buying a separate clay lightener to take up space in my cabinet, but overall I enjoyed this product for what it is. It had a smooth consistency when mixed with my color whip mixer and went on very nicely. Gave me the amount of lift I expect from an open air process. It's a good product but didn't stand out as extraordinary to make me want to switch from clay additives and my regular lighteners.

I have a few personal favorites, and will be adding this one to my list. Benefits are that it has a great consistency, and lifts well and evenly. (I did use on virgin hair) I would definitely recommend this to fellow stylist. The only thing I hate is that I completely forgot a before and after pictures.

It pulled a box color from whole sales of how I would best describe trailer park blond. Does require a toner! How does this product compare to other products you've tried? - I thought that since the container was a blue and white that it would pull a cool blond. That wouldn't require toning. However doing two sessions of 50 minutes each on a level 3 (dark brown) hair color, it did not turn out the way I even visualized. What are some benefits of owning this product? I was able to explore a new line of product. Would you buy this product? No Would you recommend this product to your friends or family? ONLY if they have a level 5 (medium brown) to a level 10 (blond) hair color.

The only complaint I had is that it doesn't have bonding technology! I was excited about the no ammonia tho! It really did a nice job I just don't know what it would have done on someone with more of a fragile hair type!

It is easy to feather and blend. The hair was in great condition after use. It also smells very nice. I mixed with 30 vol and left on for 50 minutes. I got about 3-4 levels of lift on human mannequin hair, which does tend to me a little harder to lift. So overall I would liked to have seen a little bit more lift, but this is definitely a great product for soft lifting and a natural sun kissed look.
