A powder lightener that provides up to 9 levels of lift, evenness of tone, optimal neutralization and visibly lift within 10 minutes thanks to its oil-enriched formula. 

What It Does

What Else You Need to Know

• To be used exclusively with Blond Studio 9 oil developer. 

• The 30-Volume Oil Developer is to be used on lengths and ends only. 

• The 20-Volume Oil Developer is to be used on-scalp, length & ends. 

• For enclosed techniques, must use with dedicated L'Oréal Professionnel Aluminum Foils to ensure intended lift and client safety.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from a good bleach option I tried this bleach on my friend and we were happy with the results. we wanted to lift her hair to a nice white blonde, and we did. we didn't have to tone it just washed with some purple shampoo. the bleach mixed easily and was a nice consistency. it did take time to lift, but her hair usually does anyways.

It really lives up to its name by lifting up to 9 levels. Perfect for dark clients who want to be blonde. Those who are already light, use a lower developer because it works quickly!
