Good product horrible dealing with warranty
The dryer its self is pretty good. Definitely better than the Dyson. However for the price I feel like it’s made poorly. A piece cracked all the way through leaving me unable to attached the concentrator within a week of having it, and I’m currently going on week 3+ of trying to get everything necessary through LOREAL”s warranty to send back to replace. I’ve called three times. They wrote my email wrong, then got it right and 2 calls later I still don’t have a shipping box or label to send it In. Extremely disappointed in the company and would return just for that.

Buy it right now!
I am obsessed with this dryer! I LOVE everything about it. It’s so powerful, the sound and weight is comparable to the Dyson. The light technology is so cool. I genuinely feel a difference in the hair after using this dryer and it cuts down drying time tremendously.
