I was one of the first to order it from Dyson when it became available in the U.S. I wanted to love it but I just couldn’t. It’s actually TOO light. The cord kept pulling it around in my hands. I kept accidentally turning it off by pressing the power button while I was working. It felt odd. I gave it a month and then sold it to my coworker who incidentally thinks it’s great and gets good results with it. I went back to my Supersonic pro and am looking at trying the Airlight Pro. Wish I could get that in exchange for a review!! Lol

Rated 1 out of 5 by Taylor from Not Impressed- From a Professional Hairstylist Its bottom heavy, started hurting my wrist halfway through my day at salon. It doesn’t get hot enough, leaving the hair feeling dry and frizzy. It is more quiet than other blowdryers. It initially feels lighter but its weird shape puts tension on wrist. Nozzle isn’t long enough to catch hair during blowouts. Very disappointed considering this was made for professional hairstylists. Not worth the money at all. Clearly, a hairstylist did not help make this.

Guests enjoy the sound of the blow dryer and say it’s much more quiet than other blow dryers. I really notice that I spend less time blow drying!

If so, only by a few minutes...maybe. I love how light it is & that it is quieter. I find it awkward to hold and very awkward when I want to use the cool button which I use A Lot. My wrist has to turn in a weird way.

Shipping was incredibly fast and got it within 2 days even though shipping was estimated for at least a week. I already loved the original supersonic so I’m sure this one will be just as amazing. I love how light it is and the new design!
