Alumni Club Description:
Invited SalonCentric Alumni ("Alumni") have the opportunity to
purchase products sold at SalonCentric stores and on SalonCentric.com.
The spending limit is $300 per quarter at a 30% discount.
Eligibility:
The SalonCentric Alumni Club ("Club") is open to former employees of
SalonCentric who
are invited to become a
SalonCentric Alumni. Alumni must be a legal US resident, 18 years of age or older at the time of opt-in.
Club is valid only on purchases made at a SalonCentric store or online at SalonCentric.com. Valid only in
the United States (excluding Puerto Rico.) Void where prohibited. Participation in Club is voluntary.
Membership in Club and its benefits is offered at the discretion of SalonCentric ("SalonCentric").
SalonCentric may, at any time, terminate, change, limit, modify or cancel Club or any rules, regulations,
eligibility, benefits or conditions of participation by posting the modified rules on this page. Alumni’s
continued participation in the Club after such posting will constitute Alumni’s acceptance. By enrolling in
Club, Alumni hereby agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated from time to time by
SalonCentric in its sole discretion, and that Alumni meets the eligibility requirements. Changes to Club or
these Terms and Conditions will be communicated via email or on this web page.
How to Enroll, & Purchase:
SalonCentric will send potential Alumni an email invitation to join the Club. Alumni must opt-in to become an
Alumni. Upon initial purchase in-store, Alumni will receive their Alumni Club account number. If first
purchase by Alumni is on saloncentric.com, Alumni will need to contact Customer Care or a SalonCentric store
to obtain their account number. Opt-in is free but Alumni must consent and agree to these Terms and
Conditions, Privacy
Policy (which governs the use of your information) and Terms
of Use (acceptance of
arbitration clause). This information Alumni provides will be used to verify Alumni at time of purchase.
Alumni enrollment will be confirmed with a welcome message at the email address provided.
Alumni may purchase products by visiting a SalonCentric store or online at SalonCentric.com. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards
GENERAL CLUB CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
- Prices displayed in store or on the SalonCentric website will receive an additional 30% discount.
- Orders placed online are subject to handling fees.
- Limit six (6) pieces per item on a transaction, further limitations may apply on certain brands or peak
holiday months.
- No carryover of spending limit or yearly amount.
- All purchases are subject to SalonCentric’s return policy available at SalonCentric.com.
- All products received under this Club are intended for personal use. Products should NOT be shipped
outside the United States. Products may not be resold, directly or indirectly, or otherwise distributed
for profit.
- This Club is subject to periodic review by SalonCentric. SalonCentric reserves the right to modify or
terminate it at any time.
- Alumni privacy is important to us. Enrollment information collected by SalonCentric is subject to
SalonCentric Privacy Policy at www.SalonCentric.com
- Alumni may opt-out of Club at any time by clicking the “opt-out” button located at the bottom of emails
or by calling [insert]. Please note, it may take up to 30 days to be moved from the Club and during that
time you may still receive emails or program communication from us.
- $300.00 per quarter spend limit. Overage may lead to suspension or removal from program. For checks made
with insufficient funds, the account will be suspended until paid in full and will remain suspended for 90 days
from date the funds are paid. More than one NSF check will require cash or credit card for all future purchases
- Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate termination from the Club.
COMMUNICATIONS AND REVIEWING ALUMNI ACCOUNT INFORMATION
As a member, Alumni may periodically receive emails from SalonCentric, including emails about Club and other
promotions and ads that may be of interest to Alumni. Alumni may opt out of the marketing emails at any time
by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our emails, but operational emails will still be sent to
Alumni related to Alumni membership in Club.
ACCOUNTS
Only one Alumni account may be associated with one individual and one single email address. Account may not
be shared or pooled by multiple individuals. In the event of a dispute over ownership of an account, the
registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address
submitted at the time of enrollment. For purposes of these Terms, the “authorized account holder” is the
natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service
provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for
assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Sponsor reserves the right to deactivate an Account in which points were obtained as a result of diversion
of product, fraudulent, illegal or unsportsmanlike activity or technical failures of any kind.
ABUSE OR MISUSE OF THE CLUB
By enrolling in Club, Alumni agrees not to (a) take any action or (b) upload, post, submit or otherwise
distribute or facilitate distribution of any User Content (including text, communications, software,
photographs, videos, sound recordings, data or other information) using any communications service,
discussion forum, or other feature available on or through Club, in any manner, that is unlawful, deceptive,
misleading, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, tortious,
obscene, profane, infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, right of
privacy, any other right of any party or which otherwise violates SalonCentric Site Terms and Conditions or
any Other Agreement. Alumni further agree not to (a) upload any content that imposes an unreasonable or
disproportionately large load on SalonCentric computing, storage or communications infrastructure, or
attempts to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to or related
to Club, through password mining or otherwise; (b) contains software viruses or any other computer codes,
files, or Clubs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, limit or interfere with the proper
function of any software, hardware or network system or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any
system, data or other information of SalonCentric, or any third party; (c) creates member accounts by any
automated means or under false pretenses or impersonates any person or entity, including an employee or
representative of SalonCentric; or (d) harvests, scrapes or collects any information from the SalonCentric
sites.
SalonCentric is not responsible for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with
or utilized by the member; any human error; any interruption, deletion, omission, defect or failure of any
network or electronic transmission for whatever reason.
RELEASE
By participating in Club, each Member agrees to release and hold harmless SalonCentric, Administrator, and
their respective parents, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and offer
suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors,
employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against
any claim or cause of action,
including, but not limited to, losses or damages of any kind, including personal injury, death, or damage to
or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Offer or receipt or use or misuse of any Product or
coupon.
