This shampoo is great for someone who doesn't shampoo often, and just needs a shampoo to really clean your hair and scalp to really get rid of the excess oil. It makes your hair and scalp feel clean without stripping it. I have added this to my back bar to use on all my clients, and they are all loving it as well! Everyone compliments the scent!

Rated 5 out of 5 by TLC from Great product! The scalp concentrate ( clarify )is a thinner consistency . This makes application a bit harder, because It comes out faster. Making applicationon the scalp harder to control . It makes the scalp tingle a bit . The 2nd step ( cleanse ). Is a thicker shampoo that foams up a bit . If you have used tea tree ( Paul Mitchell) it feels like that on the scalp . The 3rd Step ( calming ) this shampoo is a gel like consistency and smells fabulous. The final step ( conditioner) is thick in consistency. Smells great and made my clients hair soft and shiny . This particular client had been using Malibu scalp wellness ( which she liked). Overall she said she preferred the biolage scalp sync to Malibu . Her hair was soft shiny and flake free after all 4 steps !The only downfall ( my clients perspective)was that it is many steps .
