What It Does

While silicones add shine and lock in moisture we know they're not in everyone's hair routine. That's why we have The Wizard Detangling Primer now in a silicone-free version. Infused with squalane and sea buckthorn this primer detangles all hair types reduces frizz cuts down blow dry time and heat protects up to 450° F.

It works far better at detangling, is lighter weight and doesn't leave the hair greasy. Really wanted the silicone free version to be better. but it doesn't even detangle the hair. Makes you want to spray more but with only 2-3 sprays it leaves hair greasy looking. One of the worst detanglers ever used. However the original formula is by far the best detangler I have ever used !

Makes you think you need more product. Then it leaves the hair looking like it hasn't been washed for weeks. Even with only a couple light mist the hair looks greasy and product doesn't effectively detangle the hair. Will defitetly be sticking to original formula.

I thought I didn’t wash her hair out correctly. But everyone I’ve used it, it leaves her hair oily and drying time is extended. She has thick straight hair.
