Dry Shampoo Paste 05 is an innovative product consisting of ½ dry shampoo and ½ styling paste. This dry shampoo styling paste adds texture and absorbs oil from the hair for the perfect undone look. The product provides a mild, re-workable control that can be styled and re-styled throughout the day.

How To

1.Use your pointer finger to scoop out Dry Shampoo Paste 05.

2. Start with a dime size amount and add more if needed.

3. Work product into palms of your hands and apply in desired areas

4. Use your fingertips to rub product in.

5. For volume: Use tension moving hands up and down on scalp as you apply product

I could see it being a good messy texturizer for those with short hairstyles. I don't like the way it makes my hair feel. It makes my hair feel dirtier. It’s different than a dry shampoo spray because it adds a lot of texture and volume. Those are the two things I look for in products. It can leave a bit of a residue behind though.

I would’ve had to use far too much product and my hair would’ve been sticky. I do love it to use in conjunction with another dry shampoo though for that piece-y affect! I put a little in my palms and massage it onto my fingertips and work it into my roots and I love the volume and texture it gives. I do feel that it helps absorb oils a little, but not as well as a normal dry shampoo.

Definitely wouldn't recommend this product for my hair type (wavy, course, long, dense) but I would definitely recommend this product for men and women with shorter hair types. I tried this over and over trying to get a feel of how to make it work for myself but unless I was doing a half up do or updo for a bridal look I didn't feel it was ideal for everyday use! Loved the idea of this product especially for fly always and a little added texture for updos! Shorter hair individuals would loveee this product as but will help tame a style and give longevity for events! If you're not used to feeling a pomade, balm or gel product in your hair you'll have to get some used to it if you're using this product. I would say overall its a great product, but its not for every hair type. I was so lucky to have been able to test this product out for Salon Centric & Influenster.

Often my short hair girls have to wash their hair and need some lift and volume! However the texture of this product is much more wet than I expected. I can’t use it as a dry shampoo, it just isn’t convenient to apply to the scalp/root area. It had an almost sandy texture when I rubbed it in my fingers. Bizarre. The smell was just meh, and I won’t buy it. I got this free for testing purposes from Influenster. It was fun to try out though!

It smelled pretty good and is reasonably priced. It made my hair look amazing and was easy to build volume. However, it left a weird residue that I wasn’t crazy about.

Also it has no scent which was also a downfall when it comes to dry shampoo I like to feel refreshed with a nice clean smell. Thank you to Influenster for sending me this to test out !
