Rated 1 out of 5 by Presley from bad customer service i was charged for these shears and i waited probably 2 weeks before reaching out bc i hadn’t received any updates. it was not on back order or out of stock when i ordered it but that’s what i was told when i finally reached out to someone. very poor communication honestly. i should’ve at least been told and not left to sit and wonder and out of $115. im upset bc i wouldn’t have been told otherwise if i did not reach out. not even an email saying my order was held up

Rated 3 out of 5 by Hairmama from Quality has gone down I bought these YEARS ago and honestly was blown away how amazing they are. I understand you can send them in but, with shipping and everything it just seemed like a hassle so I opted to just buy a new set on sale which was about the same price honestly. However, I agree with a few other reviewers; they aren’t nearly as sharp. Now I know these are on the lower end, but they perform like cheaper crickets to me. I felt the thinning shears were sharper honestly. I won’t get anymore sets.
