I called the company and they had me a new one within a couple of days!( All I had to do was send them a video of me cutting the cord) It’s by far the best flat iron I’ve ever used and I use it all day for styling my clients. What I love is you can style curly or straight as both sides get hot! Best customer service

It really did create the most beautiful waves, gave me the smoothest of presses and just over all was such an easy iron to manipulate. The exposed edges really allow you to get close to the root of the hair with the help of a heat resistant comb. Such a shame it didn’t last long. I’m really on the fence about getting another one. It’s a Phenomenal iron otherwise.

I especially love the rounded edges for getting close to scalp for straightening and even more for curling with this tool! No crimps! Heats up quickly and you can select the temperature so there is no guessing!

It's much longer & I def needed to use a protective glove (not the thing included in the box) until I get used to it. I did have to return it bcuz the temperature didn't go above the on-setting which is 300*. I may try it again but for now, I'm back to my old iron.
