Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extreme shine! I absolutely love this shine treatment! It's a high gloss shine that is absolutely stunning. It comes with a shampoo, shine treatment, conditioner, and ph balanced heat protection leave in. You shampoo the hair then towel dry hair. Apply the treatment with gloves on. Leave on for 5-10 mins the apply the conditioner directly over the treatment. Rinse, then apply the leave in spray before styling. The results are amazing when the hair is blown out! Our clients are blown away with their hair after getting this treatment done ❤️

I bleached, toned, shampooed with Acidic Bonding Concentrate shampoo, towel dried and applied the Glass Gloss treatment. I proceeded to add Redken all soft leave in and blow dry my hair. I honestly didn't see or feel a difference at all. I used it again the following week with the same results. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what, but it's a pass for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Holy shine! This product smells good and does give shine. However, I used it on myself and shampooed over the bowl in my salon, so maybe I didn't get it thoroughly rinsed. My hair didn't feel good on the ends and got very tangled while drying. I've used it on my clients at the bowl and didn't have that problem so I will try again and make sure it gets fully rinsed out.

I have dyed red 2c/3a hair that I only recently stopped heat styling so my bright shiny hair only lasts a few washes after a color. I was super excited to receive this from SalonCentric in exchange for a review, but im always skeptical about shine. This did not disappoint. I glossed my hair to test it correctly and 3 weeks later I still have shiny curls like I just colored it. Will definitely be adding this as an option for color services after I try it out on freshly died hair in a few days.

It left the hair with ahhhmazzzing shine!! You could most likely use on all hair types. I used on normal to course hair.

I felt that it could have smelled better, but it could just be a personal preference. I wish it was a little thicker to hold onto the hair better but being thinner, it saturated the hair faster too.

Is it recommended to use conditioner after or just rinse and follow normal hair routine after? As a home care product it leaves the consumer with very little to go on to get the best results. It was a little inconvenient to use while in the shower with having to towel dry and wait. I found the results did provide some shine and frizz control but could easily get the same result with styling products.

Since I'm a Hairstylist I decided to try it on myself first and fell in love. A really great Hairstylist friend does my h/c & highlights (&/ balayage) every 7 weeks and with this Redken Acidic Color Gloss Treatment I can keep my color looking and feeling fresh until my next appointment.
