Never over tone a client again! Tonal Control Pre-Bonded is our 1st collection of acidic gel-cream toners with Real-Time Visible Oxidation. Ideal for glossing and toning, Tonal Control provides predictable and long-lasting, multi-dimensional results with high shine and extra conditioning.
What It Does
•Real-Time Visible Oxidation: Color gradually deepens as it oxidizes so you know precisely when to rinse
•No-drip gel-cream formula for ultimate creativity. Apply with bottle or brush
•Long-Lasting, multi-dimensional results with no lift and high shine
•Color lasts up to 24 washes
What Else You Need to Know
•17 fully Pre-Bonded shades (bonder pre-mixed in every tube!)
•Ideal for glossing, post-lightening toning, enhancing color, overlays, and more
•More color when you need it most with a 3 oz. tube
•Ammonia-free and vegan formula
How To
Mixing Ratio: 1:1 Tonal Control + 10 Volume (3%) Matrix Cream Developer
Application: Clean dry or damp hair.
Processing Time: 20 minutes at room temperature.
Rinsing + Removal: Rinse hair well after the processing time.
Post Color Care: Keep Me Vivid Haircare or a custom toning regimen (So Silver, Brass Off, and Dark Envy) based on your client's needs.
Overly Porous Hair: On overly porous hair, lightly mist Instacure on the mids + ends of the hair before blending through Tonal Control.

I bought 7NA to tone some of the warmth in my hair and this product did absolutely nothing. Truly a waste a money in my opinion. Wont be buying ever again for myself or clients! I truly wanted to like this line..

I tried both the 9aa & 9v on 2 of my level 9/10 blonde clients. Both times it did nothing. If anything it pulled out some of the previous toner and made it more yellow. I'm not sure what I'm missing, but I get way better results with the Colorsync & Joico cream toners.

Okay but for real, this is hands down the BEST toner. I used Redken shades eq for a long time and decided to branch out and try these. They did not disappoint! Especially for icy blondes, they are sooooo pretty!!
