Contacted customer service about it two times and they said they'd send an e-mail with in 24 hours and days later still no e-mail both times. Ordering on Salon Centric's Websight is hard because you never know if you'll get what you ordered or the right product.

If you sell it in the salon be sure to educate your clients on how to use because it is potent! I would definitely recommend my blondes to this product. It's a nice mask while adding toning!

Redken Color Extend Blondage Color Depositing Mask in Rose blonde... when I'm feeling like I want to change my hair color I just leave it in for a few extra minutes to get my mind back to "I love my blonde"!

Perfect add on to a haircut service without having to add on time for a toner. Also great for toners that have washed out and need a little refresh in salon or at home. I have used the VRO AND VB and loves those too!
