What Else You Need to Know

ColorBalms can be used as single shades or can be intermixed for endless creativity!

How To

Step 1. Wash hair with ColorLast shampoo

Step 2. Detangle hair with a wide tooth comb

Step 3. Wearing gloves, apply enough ColorBalm to saturate the hair

It's quick and easy to use. I saw visible results almost immediately. The color deposited evenly. The my clients hair afterwards was incredibly soft! This color balm is very conditioning. The amount of shine once my clients hair was dry was amazing. You have the ability to mix these colors to make a perfect shade making this an amazing product! Will most definitely be buying these in all the colors.

Mixing the product was super easy, I started with clear and added hints of red poppy and mixed until I reached my desired level of pink! It was nice to use a white napkin to get a good visual of how the color would deposit!! After I applied, the color deposit was even and gorgeous, and left my hair feeling so shiny and soft! 10/10 absolutely recommend!

I was surprised at how much pink in the tone but it diffused beautifully with the clear. My red probably would have been better with the Saffron Red. My hair felt very soft and had a lot of shine. My only issue is if the customer ends up not liking the color, it would take a lot to fade color and remove. Very similar to Joico Intensity in Passion Berry. All in all, a great product and definitely extends the life of color between services.

The two products left the hair extra shiny and sealed the hair stands leaving the hair soft and easily managed. Before my client left she was already asking if I would be carrying this product in the salon. It is a perfect maintenance tool for reds or an almost instant conditioning toner at the shampoo bowl.

It added shine and smoothness as well and the scent was wonderful. I saw results right away. I mixed the Red poppy conditioner with the clear to create a very pretty rose gold color. The conditioner is customizable and all around a good product to use. It does stain skin so wear gloves and don't place directly onto scalp.

First application wasn't as bright as I wanted so I did another application which came out beautiful. Hair was left soft and shiny. This product would also be great to brighten a red as well between colorings. Used on a level 8-9

My daughter had faded pink highlights, so we refreshed it with five parts Clear to one part Red Poppy. We were hoping for a Rose Gold color. Initially, it was more red than we had hoped for, but we have been really enjoying the colors as they fade. The whole process was super easy and the color depositing conditioner has been the best option to keep up your faded color at home. We have only done one application, and have plenty more product for many more. We would highly recommend!

I have light blonde money pieces and they are now a fun color that I don't have to commit to. My hair is fine but I have lots of it and this color balm has no problem depositing color on my hair. After one use there was no more blonde just a pretty rose gold. I noticed my hair was extra shiny and soft after the first use. I only use the Red Poppy and clear in the front of my hair and for the rest I used clear. This gave my natural hair a beautiful shine. Mixing the colors was easy and a great way to customize your own color. Even though I am a licensed cosmetologist, this product is easy enough for anyone to use. Plus if the color isn't perfect, it washes out. Was the color depositing? Was the product conditioning? Did it add shine and smoothness? How is the mixability of these shades together to create custom shades?

Rated 4 out of 5 by Pineappleprinsez from Messy, use gloves for Red Poppy. Clear is great! The red stains your hands at the shampoo bowl. I recommend using gloves, mix lightly for a rose effect, as the red absorbs on blonde hair. Add more clear and do a test strand before the whole head. That way you don't get too dark of red results with their recommended formula. Red Poppy is ok for vivid red heads to give a boost in color, but would use it on colored hair that has red or mahogany tones. The clear alone works for some more added shine on any color hair. I used it myself and did 2 days as my conditioner instead of what I use. I saw more reflection in my blonde then prior to using. I made sure I didn't color gloss my hair, until this product was tested first. It's not as shiny as color glossing, but gives added shine to dull hair. My hair felt the same in softness, so not a notable change there. As for clients hair, only the coarse textured hair was slightly smoother in a blowout.

The first thing that I noticed about the mask is how fully pigmented it was. They offer the clear which really gives you tons of flexibility in controlling the color you are trying to achieve. Both of the balms blend seamless into each other which allows you to achieve the perfect color you are looking for. Another good quality in my book was the consistency of it, it was not to dense and thick where you will be over using the product , yet it was not light and runny to where you do not feel like it is going to get the job done. It was the perfect consistency for easy application. I originally was looking to achieve a subtle rose gold color but once seeing the red poppy I could not help myself so I did a darker pink with red ends and it turned out amazing. I followed the directions on the back of the bottle and after rinsing my hair out, the condition complex within the mask is so amazing, not only was I able to put this fun pink/ red in my hair I was able to deep condition and who doesn't love a conditioning treatment that leaves your hair soft and shiny. Overall, it was a great product and I look forward to trying the other colors in this line.

I used 2 grams red poppy to 40 grams clear. My client was a natural level 8 with a full head of baby light. I love the it deposited softer and the roots and more vibrant through the ends. I love that it's a conditioner and left the hair so smooth and shiny.

It mixed up well with the clear to give a pretty rose gold and the clear itself is perfect to seal the hair and add some shine. A little goes a long way, I only used a raspberry size amount of each on damp hair for about 10-15 minutes. My hair felt very nice afterwards. Biolage is one of my favorite brands to use for my clients and myself.

I used the cinnamon on myself and it added so much shine and really enhanced the color. I had a dull brown color and now it's more of a rich espresso/carmel color. I used the purple on my niece who is blonde and she loved showing off to her friends the beautiful purple streaks in her hair. I have not yet used the clear but will be doing so shortly as I am sure it will add shine and feel so soft just like the colors I used. Thank you for letting mw try this color depositing conditioner. I will definitely be purchasing all the others to try. I just love the richness and softness and shine it gives to hair.

It added beautiful color. I'm most impressed with the clear. It added such shine and brightness to my blonde hair. I happen to like my hair color but what a fun way to try different colors on for size. The balm makes your hair so soft and shiny too. I love a product that's not only fun but beneficial. Give this balm a try. I'm sure you'll love it too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Subtle difference This product was easy to use. I sectioned off my hair after getting out of the shower, applied it, and left it on for 10 minutes. The cinnamon color definitely deposited a darker tint to my hair but I didn't see a huge difference with the clear which is what I was most looking forward to. I will have to try again soon and maybe leave it on for a little longer and see if that helps.
