Clay Lightener for classic hand painting & balayage techniques.
What It Does
• Coats and encapsulates hair, forming an outer shell that doesn't completely dry out or flake
• Provides artist with complete control without the worry of transfer, swelling or bleeding onto any areas you don't want it to
What Else You Need to Know
• Enriched with quinoa, argon oil & safflower oil for gentle lift
• Contains seaweed extract for added moisture retention
• Works well with all bonder additives
Mix in a non-metallic bowl.
Paint on the hair using a sweeping motion. No foil, plastic or heat is necessary. Process at room temperature for up to 1 hour.
Mixing ratio for all techniques is 1:2 parts lightener to developer
• For a thicker consistency, mix 1:1.5
• For a thinner consistency, mix 1:2.5
• Can be applied in foil, on scalp and free-hand

Officially my favorite lightener!
I’ve used many different lightener brands, and even the powder lightener from Pulp Riot and this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. The hair stays in excellent shape, you can mix it at multiple ratios to your desired ratio, and it lifts beautifully.

Love It!
Love the consistency of this product. Spreads so easy into the hair. Doesn't seem to damage the hair at all. Only con is it doesn't lift as much. But if you add a little bit of their regular lightener it helps lift more.

Pulp Riot selection
I love Pulp Riot products, I am not thrilled with Salon Centric selection of them. I use a lot of Pulp Riot and was recently very disappointed when I tried to order online. Now that I can't order directly from Pulp Riot it not only is difficult to find but Salon Centric really didn't have the best selection. Many popular colors have been out of stock as well as 30 and 40 volume developer. The new raven collection was available July 1st, but when I checked Salob Centric they did not have them available either. I will have disappointed customers.

Pretty good stuff!
I have not used this lightener alone, but I have mixed it with the PulpRiot Original lightener, and I absolutely love it. It’s the perfect consistency for balayage. I will say that it lifts slower, but that’s to be expected with a clay lightener. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

Consistancy Is AMAZING
The consistency of this product is amazing. It spreads so well and covers adequately. However, it only gets 3 stars because the lift I got was equal or less than other clay lighteners I've used. I got about 3 levels of lift with 40volume on virgin hair (using olaplex too).
