Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hands down a “Game Changer”!!!! I’ve been using this Perm in my salon for 20 years. Every time I try another I Immediately go back. It’s a one and done. I truly love that this chemical isn’t drying to my clients hair. Hands down best perm in market for any and all curl patterns. Finally , although most won’t tell a client this it’s usually due to a bad wrap or not enough solution on the toss that causes major damage. I’ve seen hella fish hooks. Nothing can save that unfortunately. Thank you matrix’s. Almost thirty years strong we done life and business together !!!

This perm gave her the springiest curls ever! I did follow up with Olaplex number one using the technique applied over the neutralizer which I have done before but never achieved as good of results with any other perm I have used. This will be my go-to perm now!

It took almost 3 weeks to get the order that said it would take 4 days to receive when I ordered. I had to phone 3 different times to straighten out issues. Was on hold a minimum of 30 minutes each time. I will never order online again.

This has never happened to me in all my time! I am very unhappy and have lost money because of this perm! Do not use if you want the perm to last longer than 1 week.
