Cool coverage
I usually use the Redken line, but when I needed more potent cool tones, I tried the LOreal line (B series) and it worked better for what I needed to cancel out warm tones.

1st time user
I picked 9N to use on virgin grey hair for a natural light blonde shade and ended up with light brown hair! Not what I wanted! Would be nice if there was something saying that the levels are darker than normal. Will continue to use but now I know better when selecting shades.
