No help with a return of unused product
Did not need the product once I ordered it and could not return it. Salon Centric customer service was no help after calling twice and sending in an email request twice. Salon Centric then said it is a third party you ordered from on their website and to call Hims. Hims said they cannot offer a refund. Horrible customer service from Salon Centric and hims.
