Take up the foundation with a powder brush or sponge and apply to the skin. For a matte, light, and natural finish, apply the powder with a large powder brush. High coverage can be quickly achieved by using a sponge. The result: A matte, targeted (precise), and intensive finish. Make sure to then work in the powder by pressing gently. Repeat as often as required to achieve the desired coverage. Leave a large area around the eyes, as the matching Illuminating Concealer will be used there. Note: Only ever apply the foundation dry.
