How To
Use the spoolie to brush your brow hairs upwards so you can see where you need to fill in. Use short strokes to mimic your natural hairs filling in the sparse areas. You can use the sponge tip for any necessary blending. Finish by brushing your brow hairs upward with the spoolie.
