To be eligible for a refund, all hair tools must be in resellable condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We kindly request that you keep the products in their original state to facilitate the return process.
Please note that due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for hair tools that have been used or opened. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but your health and safety, as well as that of our other customers, are of utmost importance to us.
It's important to mention that we do not cover the shipping costs for returning items to our facility. Additionally, any original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

1. Press and the hold the power button to turn on. Use + and – to adjust temperature.
2. Section hair.
3. Take a one-to-two-inch section of hair.
4. Press to open the waver clamp. Holding the tool horizontally, insert the desired hair section, start slightly down from the root. Release the hold so the clamp is closed with the hair in between the barrel and clamp.
5. Press to open and continue downward to the next area of the selected hair section. Repeat down the entire section of hair until the whole length is waved.
6. Continue throughout hair.
7. For face framing pieces, hold the waver at a slightly lower on the section (parallel to your cheekbones).
8. Finish by tousling hair with your fingers.
