How To

Using Luka's Vegan Eye Primer/Concealer Brush, apply a thin layer of product from lash line to brow bone. Make sure the layer is even and then set with a light colored Eye Shadow, translucent powder, or your face powder. Setting will help the shadows you place on top blend more seamlessly.
