Great for men and women alike, these hammer toe pads can be used comfortably on any of the three middle toes on either the right or left foot for all-night or all-day relief. The medical-grade silicone is stain and odor resistant for confident comfort. ORDER INCLUDES: Each retail package has 2 pieces for the left foot and 2 pieces for the right foot. Each order includes TWO retail packages.

Slide your middle toe into the toe ring with the pad on the underside of your toes. The ring will keep your toes separated while the pad will absorb shock. Can be worn with shoes or barefoot.
