Rated 1 out of 5 by Melissa from not worth the money After just a few days it started spraying sideways and had to take apart to clean and did the same thing in another four days. Called customer service and they didn’t really help, sent two new filters. I think they know it’s a problem. Didn’t seem surprised and would not replace the nozzle. A lot of money for poor quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by S Salon from These ARE TERRIBLE!!!!! DESIGN FLAWS!!!! Do not waste your money. I own 2 salons and bought these for 4 bowls in Oct. 2021. After construction we started using them in April 2022. I replaced them twice within 6 months!!!! For four bowls$$$$$. After the 3rd time in less than a year of them cracking and spraying everywhere I contacted Sustain Beauty and they sent me replacement parts at no charge and said unfortunately they are experiencing company wide issues with the design. They have too much pressure and crack. They informed they were redesigning and would send all of their customers that had issues replacements when the redesign and flaws were fixed permanently. After another one cracked for no reason today I called them again and they said they would not do anything because my 1 year warranty expired. Even though the parts were replaced several times and the last one was less than 4 months ago!!!!!!! HORRIBLE PRODUCT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Yoli from backwash head Looks gorgeous but some clients don’t like the tickling of the water stream as the holes are super tiny! As the holes get hard water buildup the stream pushes water different directions… I buff the head often but the issue still persists!
